The kitchen uses 100% electric powered or manually operated equipment, energy efficient inverter refrigerator, water saving dishwasher, super energy efficient fans, automated water saving taps and chemical-free cleaning products. The kitchen and dining areas get 100% daylight via the specially designed skylights making the area completely green.
The kitchen order tracking, live consumption monitoring, kitchen inventory management, procurement and kitchen waste monitoring functions are managed using the eFACiLiTY® Canteen Management System making it a Smart Kitchen.
